The Sheriff's Office is responsible for all of the Bench Warrants issued by the Court of Common Pleas. These include warrants issued for failure to appear (F.T.A) in criminal cases, domestic relations warrants (F.T.P) and warrants for violation of Probation or Parole.
Warrant service is one of the more dangerous functions of the Sheriff's Office. Through training and exercising caution, Deputy Sheriffs attempt a successful apprehension.
If a defendant has a bench warrant issued for apprehension, deputies are assigned to investigate their last known address, place of work and any number of family members or friends.
If a defendant knows there is a warrant for his arrest and surrenders, every effort will be made to have the defendant taken before the issuing Judge to resolve as quickly as possible.
The warrant list below is accurate to the date and time as published. The warrant list is informative only, no action shall be taken by anyone without prior approval of the Sheriff's Office. If you have any information on these individuals contact the Clarion County Sheriffs Office.
