- An Original Writ of Execution for each defendant and for the file.
- A Notice of Sale for each defendant for the file.
- Letter of Instruction.
- Short property description.
- Long property description.
- True copy of Act 91 affidavit.
- True copy of 3129.1
- True copy of affidavit of last known address.
- Check for $1500.00 for advanced costs for the sale.
Service fees for service of Civil Process are determined by the number of defendants to be served and the location of each defendant.
Personal Property Executions (transactions) require a $300.00 deposit with the Levy. Interrogatories require a $100.00 deposit.
